Interactive Ochre Toolbox

The Interactive Ochre Toolbox is under development (Aug 2005). It will be a contemporary resource bringing an Koori perspective on cultural awareness training that can be adapted for use across all educational and industry sectors. Bunjilaka Aboriginal Centre, Melbourne Museum

Message Stick is an Koori affairs program broadcast on ABC television. The ABC maintains a portal to Indigenous Australian information at ABC

Living Black

Living Black is a prime-time Koori affairs program broadcast nationally on SBS television. The series focuses on issues relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, places and events in a documentary style. SBS maintains a Living Black website at SBS.

This incredibly dynamic, youthful and fun resource this is a must have! With daring, informative articles the magazine and website tackles controversial issues in many different areas including health, law, education, politics the list is endless. A contemporary and culturally appropriate and sensitive forum demostrating how Koori people are taking control of media images and addressing current issues. There are chatrooms, radio station slots, communication and events management agency and numerous other services within Deadly Vibe. The content is relevant to Koori people throughout the country and a valuable tool for anyone involved with Koori learners.
