The Local Government Training Package includes Certificate I, II & III in Governance & Administration, Certificate IV in Management of Physical Environment and units in local government, land conservation and management qualifications. An interactive resource targeting Koori learners has been developed to focus on the native title claimant application process.

Services Curriculum Maintenance Manager (CMM)
provides resources to support the implementation
of the Business Services Training Package. Resources
include a Purchasing Guide, a Facilitators Guide
and may include a Learning Program for some qualifications.

- Innovation and Business
Skills Australia is the Industry Skills Council
with oversight of the Business Services Training
Package. The IBSA website at IBSA
lists a number resources supporting governance
for Indigenous organisations, some of which

- An interactive CD with
printable component to support delivery of three
competencies from the Certificate IV in Business
(Governance). The competencies are: BSBATSIL402A
Use the Constitution, BSBATSIM407A Plan for
Organisational needs, and BSBATSIL408A Manage
a Board Meeting. The resource targets members
of governing committees in Indigenous Community
Organisations who need support with literacy
and numeracy. The resource can be purchased

- Learning about Native Title is an interactive “Toolbox” focusing on the native title claimant application process. It is designed for indigenous learners and employees of local government, native title representative bodies, or other government and non-government agencies involved in native title matters. The Toolbox provides a reference resource for a range of competencies in the Local Government Training Package and the Rural Land Management Training Package.
