There are currently no units that are specifically tailored to the learning or cultural needs of Indigenous Australians in the Automotive Industry. In addition the VAEAI 2007 Koori State Training Plan does not identify Automotive as a high priority training area. However the industry is an incredibly versatile & popular trade within excess of 140 certified qualifications. In Victoria, the Human Services Curriculum Maintenance Manager (CMM) provides resources to support the implementation of the Visual Arts, Craft and Design Training Package.
