The My Future website My Future
is Australia’s online career exploration
and information service, containing comprehensive
information about industries, occupations, education,
training, regional labour markets, pathways information
and relevant articles.
This resource provides information
on over 600 occupations and describes the education
or training necessary for those occupations. It
also provides assistance with choosing a career,
hints on how to look for work and advice on further
education options. It is published annually by
the Department of Education, Science and Technology
(DEST), Career Services Section, (02) 6240 5227,

young people and adults find the answers to their
job, course and career questions. It brings together
information on all accredited courses in Australia,
links courses to jobs and jobs to industry, and
includes explanations of new concepts used in
